Boling wanted to keep his 1935 Ford coupe all-Blue Oval, so he opted for a 302 V-8 from a Mustang. Mated to a 1983 Mercury automatic overdrive transmission and a 3.01 Ford rear end, the engine lets the orange coupe cruise effortlessly at freeway speeds.
