A: Visit our Advertising section by clicking on the link under "Site Services" on the left side of the page. You also can call our Classifieds department at 1-316-262-SELL (262-7355).

 

Q. How can I contact The Wichita Eagle?
A: Visit our contacts page for information on the newspaper's departments.

 

Q. Where can I send a letter to the editor?
A: Send it to letters@wichitaeagle.com.

 

Q. Whom do I contact about starting or stopping my newspaper subscription?
A: Click the "Subscribe Today" logo in the upper left corner of any page on Kansas.com. You can use our online vacation start/stop form now, or you can reach our Circulation department at 1-800-825-NEWS or 316-268-6344.

 

Q. I need a story from yesterday or another past date. Are they still on the Web site?
A: You can search "Recent News" or "Archives" from most pages on our site by typing in your search terms in the box below the Kansas.com logo and banner advertisement at the top of the page. Once you've typed in your term, hit the "Go" button to activate the search.

 

Stories typically remain available for free on our site for two weeks. After that, they move to our archives, which you can access for a small fee after you set up an account.

 

Q. How do I find the obituaries online?
A: You can find the Obituaries link on the News page in the left rail, or just click here.

 

Q. Where is the newspaper's editorial section?
A: From the home page, click on the Opinion/Letters link in the left rail, or just click here.

 

Q. I see blank pages or old pages on the Web site. Why haven't you updated the site?
A: Chances are you are seeing outdated information stored locally on your computer. Try reloading the page. Hold down the shift key while clicking reload (Netscape) or refresh (Internet Explorer) to ensure that you're getting a fresh copy of the page from the server. You can also force both your I.E. and Netscape browsers to refresh by pressing the left Ctrl and F5 keys at the same time. If you continue to see outdated content please contact us using our online form.

 

Q. How do I find classified ads?
A: From the home page, click on the links under the "search" bar on the top left side of the page. You can choose Jobs, Cars, Real Estate, Apartments, Local Shopping, All Classifieds and Personals. You also can place an ad online.
