Valerie Rosproy, a volunteer with the First Mennonite Bretheren Church in Wichita, shares a laugh with Fenton Brozek and his cousin, Caressa Brozek, at the FEMA/State Disaster Recovery Center inside the Barclay College gymnasium in Haviland. The children lived in Greensburg and are staying with their grandparents in Haviland.
