Among the dishes are wood-grilled beef tenderloin medallions served with a spicy, chipotle cream sauce and accented with blue cheese crumbles. Wood fired fish
Red Lobster has recently introduced wood-fire grilling at all of its restaurants, including Wichita's at 555 S. West St. and 333 S. Armour. The grilling is said to create a clean, crisp flavor that enhances the taste of the seafood. Along with the new cooking method, the restaurant is also offering eight new wood-fire grilled items, including wood-grilled lobster, shrimp and scallops; peach bourbon barbecue shrimp and scallops; maple-glazed chicken; and jumbo shrimp with lobster butter.
